These terms apply to use of The District website. A booking, payment, cancellation or participation in an activity may also be subject to additional terms from The District or the BMI Leisure booking environment. Those terms are shown before booking.

The website provides general information about activities, opening hours and packages. Availability, prices, confirmation, payment, cancellation and refunds are governed by the information and terms shown during booking. An online request becomes a booking only after confirmation by the responsible service.

Participants must follow safety instructions, house rules and staff directions. They must be fit for the chosen activity. Parents, guardians or accompanying adults remain responsible for supervising minors.

The website’s text, images, logos, trademarks and other content are protected. They may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give prior written permission.

We aim to keep information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or complete. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused solely by a temporary interruption, an external booking service or failure to follow safety instructions.
