Processing purposes
When you use the contact form, we process your name, contact details, selected activities and message only to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a booking or offer.
Legal basis(s) for the processing
We process contact requests because this is necessary to respond to your request or take steps before entering into an agreement. We do not use contact details for unsolicited marketing.
Transfer to third parties
Personal data is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, email delivery and handling your request. They process data on our behalf under applicable European privacy rules. We do not sell personal data.
Retention period
Contact requests are deleted after 180 days. Encrypted backups are retained for up to six months under a separate rotation schedule and are used only for recovery.
Right of access, improvement, deletion, restriction, objection and portability of personal data
You may ask what data we hold about you and request correction, deletion, restriction or portability where permitted by law. Send requests to info@factorykart.be. We may request information to verify your identity.

The use of “cookies”.
At launch, the public website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary settings and security cookies for the protected CMS administration may be used. If non-essential cookies are added later, we will request consent first and update this policy.
