This statement applies to The District public website, its contact forms and the data you provide when you use the online booking button to reach the external BMI Leisure booking environment. That external environment has its own terms and privacy statement.

Through the contact form we may process your name, email address, telephone number, company, language, selected districts, request type, source page and message. We do not receive payment details through the contact form.

We use this data to answer your request, prepare a group or event proposal, follow up internally, limit misuse of the form and comply with legal obligations.

To answer a request and prepare an agreement, we rely on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Where required, processing is based on a legal obligation. Any optional marketing or analytics use will require separate prior consent.

We share data only with providers needed for hosting, security, media storage, email delivery and handling your request. These providers process data only for the agreed purposes and under applicable data-protection rules. When you visit the external BMI Leisure booking environment, that service processes data under its own terms and privacy statement.

Contact requests are deleted 180 days after receipt. Encrypted backups may be kept for up to six months under the operational backup schedule and are used only for restoration.

The public website uses necessary storage for security, language choice, session management and remembering your cookie preference. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are used only in accordance with the cookie settings and after separate consent where required. The external BMI Leisure booking environment may use its own cookies; please consult its policy.
